When your order has been completed, we'll produce your product by hand. All the customizations will be made with your specifications. Your specially designed jewelry will be unique and you'll be the only person having it.
After the production, all our products are passed through quality control processes. Your order will be delivered securely to your address including its stylish box, along with a certificate.
- Tüm Türkiye içi kargolar ücretsiz olarak gönderilmektedir. Siparişleriniz size ulaşıncaya kadar Pegah Jewellery güvencesindedir. Türkiye içi gönderimler Yurtiçi kargo firması ve Brinks sigortasıyla gönderilmektedir. Yurt dışı gönderimi de yapılmaktadır. Yurt dışı gönderimler UPS kargo firması ve Brinks sigorta ile gönderilmektedir. Tüm yurt dışı gönderimlerde ülkeye bağlı ücret eklenecektir. İstanbul içi aynı gün güvence altında Motor kurye ile teslim imkanı mevcuttur. Motor kurye teslimat için ücret talep edilmektedir.
İade Koşulları :
Ürünleri kargo firmasından teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 15 gün içerisinde iade ederek ödediğiniz tutarın tamamını geri alabilirsiniz. Cayma talebinizi 15 günlük süre zarfında Pegah Jewellery 'e bildirilmesi gerekmektedir. Yüzüklerde sonradan ölçü değişimi yapılması, kolyelerde sonradan zincir uzatma ya da kısaltma gibi işlemlerin yapılması durumunda iade hakkı kullanılamaz. -

The pure meaning of love that is used in Rumi’s poem inspired me to create this collection.
